JOHN VS AMERICA

Murry Bergtraum teacher John Elfrank was arrested and falsely accused for participating in a protest he had no involvement in. "i was in town working at a homeless shelter around E16st, around there were rag tag marching bands, hippies, and etc just wanted to observe and watch for politcial insight because im an economic teacher myself. However as i was tryin to exit, BAMM!! cops started to rolled out a net trapping me and others who wasn't involved in the protest". Things seem to get worse for the high school teacher and others, when the cops started to flex cuff them and refuse to listen to there excuses for not being involved in the protest. "We were taken to Pier 57" says John, and the conditions we were in were unbearable. "We were held down by razor wire pins for 24 hrs, sleeping and pacing back and fourth for over 24 hrs. John even said that "A cop even filed a complaint for the conditions because the officers were there watching them experiencing the same conditions because they were watching us. John was charged for parading without a permit, and was assigned a lawyer from National Lawyers Guylid. "theres over 200 people juss like me but i going to be the one to fight it and win, im pleading NOT GUILTY". After the trial was over, Elfrank was pleaded not guilty on all charges and decided not to stop there. "Im going at the mayor and the city next for false arrest. Good LUCK JOHN AMERICAS BEHIND U ALL THE WAY.

"Ramarley Graham" UNarmed Bronx Teen shot dead by NYPD

18 yr old Ramarley Graham was shot and killed by NYPD in his granmothers bathroom in front of his 6 yr old brother in the bronx on a thursday afternoon. NYPD thought he was reaching for a weapon and persue to chase and apprehend him, but instead he was unarmed and they killed him on a opinion instead based upon a fact. The police claimed Graham had a struggle with one of the cops, but it really shows that there was no struggle and the cop shot him for no reason. Crimes like these are happening everyday and nothing is being done to stop or prevent this. We need justice and now, these cops need to be convicted and prosecuted just like regular criminals.

RODNEY KING "CANT WE ALL GET ALONG"

Rodney King was driving down the a California interstate with 3 of his friends when cops pulled him over for speeding. The cops did a drug test to see how intoxicated he was. The reports said his alcohol level was 3 times over the legal limit. The cops then used forced to detain Rodney, saying he kept resisting but in the video it shows the cops are the attackers and they're the ones in the wrong. They beat and harass king for over an hour without any intent to stop. The results of this led to King pressing charges against the L.A.P.D  for assault and racial crimes. The cops were pleaded not guilty which made alot of blacks upset and causing them to start a 4 day riot in the Los Angeles community.

The Tragic Sean Bell Story

This story still shocks America still till this day. Sean Bell was shot 50 times by undercover and was killed on the day of his wedding day on November 25, 2006. The undercover cops claimed Sean was with a guy who was a suspect for carrying a firearm. Observing that, the undercover cops approached Bell's vehicle without identifying themselves and then bell drove off not knowing who was approaching his car. The vehicle then stopped and the undercover cop screamed gun and started firing 50 rounds at the car hitting Sean Bell 50 times, and his friend who was in his car Guzman (31 y.o.) was shot 19 times[25] and Benefield (23 y.o.), who was in the back seat, was hit three times.

Trayvon Martin

This case is a prime example of why police or any law enforcement is not respected today. The Trayvon Martin is a big media story that involves a safety neighborhood watch man killing a 17 year old boy because he was wearing a hood and looked suspicious. The safety watchman is a man name George Zimmerman who was later linked to a 911 call he made saying trayvon looked suspicious. The operators gave an exact order "NOT TO FOLLOW HIM". However, he didn't listen and continued to follow trayvon and harassed him. After a couple minutes of questioning, Zimmerman started using excessive force on trayvon which escalated into a fight. As it seems, Trayvon was winning the fight which made Zimmerman pull out a gun and shoot it in cold blood. Trayvon died at the age of 17. He was unarmed and only had a bag of skittles and a Arizona ice tea. this proves that america is saying, if we do not feel safe we are eligible to use violent force. however, when that violent is used in the wrong way and for the wrong reason should it still be legal and nonpunishable? We have to wake up and make this story a big one, to let the government know enough is enough. To my point view the police should have charged and prosecuted Zimmerman for his actions, but instead they looked the other way and proceeded to say that its the "STAND YOUR GROUND LAWS" that stopped them from charging him with murder. This is a sad case of justice not being served the right way and its ashamed that the government isn't working hard to convict him.

Police Misconduct

Police conduct has been very inappropriate in America lately. Police have abused there power of authority many times through videos posted on the internet. These videos are displaying how they use strong force to handle simple siutations that dont need to be made serious at times. For example, in a Manhattan high school named Murry Bergtraum police have been using excessive force to attack and mistreat students who are not apart of criminal acts but are labeled as reckless animals and careless students who have no future in after high school. Students said that the police officer had tackle and slammed the student and applying excessive aggressiveness for a situation that could have been settle in a fashionable way. In addition, another police officer started to swing is nightstick towards the direction of a student who wasn't apart of the situation, which enraged both the student and the officer. then the officer grabbed the students hat and tossed it across the hall and continuously pushed her. After having enough of this mistreatment, the student defended herself in a way she felt was right by punching and pushing the officer off of her. This resulted in the underage student being arrested and charged with assaulting the officer, but the video clearly shows the officer attacking and pushing the student first. The students name the officer"LUIGI" for his long bushy mustache lol.

However, America aren't the only ones experiencing this kind of injustice. In Russia, they have been complaints that Russian police have been accused of not only being abusive, but for raping accused witnesses who don't want to comply with police to find and convict criminals. This cruel behavior have been going on for years and no one reported any incidents fearing they would be raped or abused again on a daily basis.
